Thanks for joining the Nākd community! If you’re purchasing some of our tasty snacks from our website, here is some useful information about how and when your goodies will be delivered.
About Delivery
- Please note we only deliver within the UK.
- All deliveries require a signature.
- Please allow 5 working days for all orders to be delivered.
- We will notify you ASAP if any items are out of stock.
Please enter your mobile number and email address on your account and our courier will send you the tracking information for your order by text or email.
Delivery Options
Great news! You can get your gorgeously wholesome case of snacks delivered free of charge if you live in participating post codes. Or, if you just can’t wait to taste the goodness, you can also take advantage of our other options. The delivery options we offer are:
- Standard Delivery: Free
- Non Standard Delivery: £4.00
- Saturday Delivery: £4.50
Please note that because we’re a young, up and coming company, we can’t be everywhere at once! If you’re not sure whether your postcode applies for free delivery, you can check our non-standard-delivery-postcodes where you’ll find a list of postcodes not elligible. Unfortunately for Non Standard Delivery service, Saturday delivery is not available. Saturday Delivery is available up until 12 midnight on Thursday and after 12 midnight on Saturday.
