Learn how to create this fantastic, flavoursome and healthy breakfast bursting with berry and coconut in four easy steps!

Ingredients

  • 150g The Coconut Collaborative coconut yoghurt 
  • 1 Berry Delight Nākd bar
  • 100g fresh raspberries
  • Coconut Bliss Nākd nibbles
  • Shaved coconut 

Method

  1. Wash the raspberries and prep all the ingredients. If you are using bigger ramekins, you will need to double the amounts listed to the left.
  2. Flatten the Nākd Berry Delight bar either with your fingers or a rolling pin. Place the flattened bar at the bottom of the ramekins and pack them in so it forms a sturdy base.
  3. Add a layer of yoghurt before adding the layer of raspberries, sprinkle the shaved coconut atop and add a final layer of yoghurt. Top the pot with some Nakd Coconut Bliss nibbles
  4. Refrigerate overnight and tuck in!
