Learn how to create this fantastic, flavoursome and healthy breakfast bursting with berry and coconut in four easy steps!
- 150g The Coconut Collaborative coconut yoghurt
- 1 Berry Delight Nākd bar
- 100g fresh raspberries
- Coconut Bliss Nākd nibbles
- Shaved coconut
- Wash the raspberries and prep all the ingredients. If you are using bigger ramekins, you will need to double the amounts listed to the left.
- Flatten the Nākd Berry Delight bar either with your fingers or a rolling pin. Place the flattened bar at the bottom of the ramekins and pack them in so it forms a sturdy base.
- Add a layer of yoghurt before adding the layer of raspberries, sprinkle the shaved coconut atop and add a final layer of yoghurt. Top the pot with some Nakd Coconut Bliss nibbles.
- Refrigerate overnight and tuck in!
