Chocolate mousse is one of those deserts that everyone loves because it is delicious, light, and versatile. Making your own mousse is easier than you think, even if you have special dietary needs.
- 3 Ripe Avocados
- 50g Cocoa Powder
- 50ml Water
- 100ml Maple Syrup
- Seeds scraped from a Vanilla Pod
- 225g thinly sliced Strawberries
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender (leaving a few strawberries for decoration)
- Spoon into dessert bowls
- Place in the refridgerator for half an hour before removing and decorating with strawberries.
