Everyone loves cookies – there’s nothing better than chomping down on a soft, chewy cookie, especially if it comes with a cup of tea! Our friends over at Hillmotts have sent us an amazing recipe for some delicious dairy and gluten free cookies
Ingredients
- 355g blanched Almond Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 115ml Grapeseed Oil
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 120ml Agave Nectar
- 50g Vegan Chocolate Chunks
Method
- Smoosh all the dry ingredients together into a large bowl
- Stir together wet ingredients in a smaller bowl
- Grab both bowls and mix them together
- Form your gooey misture into 24 small balls and press onto a parchment paper lined baking tray
- Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 7 - 10 minutes
- Let them cool for a bit; and serve up; easy peasy!
