Here's a zesty trifle recipe using our Nakd Lemon Drizzle bars mixed in with the delicious flavours of raspberry and coconut. Perfect to whip up for a dinner party or as a quick sweet fix!
175g Coconut Yogurt
- Mash up the raspberries until it forms a jam-like consistency
- Crumble the Nakd Lemon Drizzle bars in a separate bowl (refrigerated bars crumble the best!)
- Prepare the coconut yoghurt by grating half a lemon zest and mix well
- In 2 glass jars, spread a layer of coconut yogurt before adding a layer of raspberries followed by a layer of crumble on top. Continue this sequence until your jars are full up. Give it another sprinkle of crumble and serve up with a slice of lemon.
