Ingredients
For the chocolate coating:
- 1 cup cacao
- ¾ cup coconut oil
- ¾ cup agave
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
Method
- Cut the bars into three pieces so you'll end up with six cubes
- Roll and mould the cubes into a sphere shape and place in the fridge
- Start making the chocolate coating by melting the coconut oil and adding it to the mix of cacao and agave. Stir well then coat the refrigerated balls in the mixture
- Place on a plate lined with parchment paper, sprinkle the coconut atop and leave in the fridge overnight
