Toffee Apple Granola

Who loves Toffee Apples? Everyone of course because they are delicious! Now, imagine you could have something like that for breakfast that’s also healthy. Sounds impossible right? Well not anymore thanks to the wonderful Wallflower Girl and her brilliant Toffee Apple Granola recipe. The following takes 45 minutes in total and makes 6 portions.


  • 1 or 2 packs of Nākd Toffee Treat Nibbles
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 50g / ¼ cup coconut palm sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 140g / ½ cup apple purée
  • 1 or 2 packs of Nakd Toffee Treat Nibbles
  • 25g / ¾ cup dried apple chunks
  • A pinch of salt
  • Dairy-free yoghurt or almond milk to serve with


  1. Preheat your oven to 150c and line a large baking tray with greaseproof paper
  2. Grab a large pan and stir together the coconut sugar, maple syrup, apple purée, vanilla, oil and salt on a low heat until everything is combined
  3. Take the mixture off the heat and add the oats, making sure they are all completely covered
  4. Spread the mixture evenly onto your baking tray and cook for 30-40 minutes, giving it a good stir every ten minutes or so until everything is crisp and brown
  5. Add your apple chunks and Nākd Nibbles
  6. Take it out of the oven and allow to cool before serving up with the almond milk or dairy-free yoghurt
  7. Enjoy! This granola will last for one month in an airtight container.
